Managers need to check on the progress of training and induction courses to confirm whether employees have completed the assigned modules or still have items in progress. Monitoring progress helps track compliance, ensures staff remain up to date with workplace requirements and highlights where additional support may be needed. This guide explains how managers can view employee progress and oversee completion of induction and training courses.

Checking Progress on Training Programs and Induction Courses
Click on Employees from the column to the left.
Scroll to the correct employee profile.
The yellow Pending note under Induction and Training indicates at a glance that the employee has outstanding courses.
For the details of those courses, scroll to the right, and click on the corresponding graduate hat under Action.
Here you will see which courses are completed and outstanding, and the date they were assigned.
To view results of quizzes in the training, click the arrow next to the module.
This view shows which questions have been attempted, and how many times.
To exit this view, click on Close.
You can now send a reminder to the employee to complete outstanding training.
Select the corresponding message icon under Actions.
Enter a message to the employee.
To send the employee a text message, click SEND MESSAGE.
You will see a confirmation that your message was sent.
