In the left-hand sidebar menu, navigate to Settings → Services & Products.

Click on the Services Configuration tab at the top of the page.

Pet Type Options: The base animal categories, such as Dog, Cat, or Rabbit.

Pet Breed Options: Specific breed lists that are filtered based on the selected pet type.

Pet Size Options: Categories for pet stature, like Small, Medium, or Large.

Pet Coat Options: Different hair types, such as Short Coat or Double Coat.

Click the pencil icon on the Pet Type Options header to open the edit modal.

Edit Fields: Type directly into the Name or Description fields to update existing types.

Add New Type: Click + Add Other Options to generate a blank row.

Delete: Click the trash icon on the right of a row to remove an option.

Reorder: Click and hold the drag handle (left side) to move items up or down.

Finalise: Click Save Changes to apply your edits, or Reset Changes to discard them.

Open the Pet Breed Options section and click the pencil icon.

Select Pet Type: Use the dropdown menu at the top of the modal to choose which animal's breeds you are managing (e.g., Dog or Cat).

Manage Rows: Use the same add, edit, delete, and reorder steps mentioned in the Pet Type section.

Save: Click Save Changes to update the breed list for that specific pet type.

Open the relevant modal by clicking the pencil icon.

Edit/Add: Update existing names or descriptions, or add new rows for more specific categories.

Examples: * Pet Size: X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, Giant.

Save: Always click Save Changes to ensure the new options appear in your service menus.

Use the Drag Handle: Always reorder your lists so that the most common options (like "Dog" or "Small") appear at the top of the dropdown menus for faster selection.

System Impact: Remember that updating these lists will immediately update the options available when you create or edit services, as well as the attributes staff select during booking.
