Users
In the top right cog > Users icon, you can manage via the edit any current users or scroll down to click 'Add New' to add a new member of staff.
This is where you set up the users' working hours, ensuring they match or are within the salon's business hours.
How to Set Up Users
Access User Settings
Click on the cog icon in the top-right corner.
Select the Users tab (third icon).
Add a New User
Click Create New to start setting up a new user.
Fill in the required fields:
Email/Username: This must resemble an email format (e.g.,
groomer1@mygrooming.com
), but it doesn't need to be active.First Name/Last Name: Can be the user’s actual name, a title (e.g., Head Groomer), or a label like "Table 1."
Colour Palette: Assign a colour to the user for easy identification in the diary view.
Display Order: Enter a numerical value to determine the user’s position in the diary view (e.g., 1 for the first position).
User Type: Choose one of the following:
Groomer
Groomer & Admin
Admin Only
Set Working Hours
Enable working days using the toggle for each day of the week.
Set the start and end times for each day from the dropdown menus.
Set a Password
Enter a password for the user to allow them to log in with their assigned email/username.
Save and Manage Users
Click Save to complete the setup.
Users will now appear in the Active Users list.
Managing Users
Edit User Details
To update details such as the user’s name or working hours, click the Edit button next to their profile.
Save changes once updated.
Archiving Users
To archive a user (e.g., if they are no longer active), move them to the Archived Users section.
Archived users can be reactivated if needed.
Changing Email/Username
Email updates must be done through Savvy Support.

Tracking Time
Users can check in and out to track their time spent in the salon.
Time data is available in the Reports section in the left-hand menu.
Display order
This is for a week view; you can set the order of all your users to be displayed.
Users' visibility in the calendar
Check the box to choose to have your groomer displayed in the calendar.
Week view, you will see all the users' appointments
In the day view, you will see a column for each groomer/ user selected to be visible.
