Many of our clients and their team members are accessing Scale Headshots from devices that operate behind a heavily restricted VPN or company firewall. In order to ensure your users are able to access the platform within their restrictions, we recommend asking your IT team to have the following items allowlisted.
Platform URLs
Allowlist the domain scaleheadshots.com. This is the domain that all Scale Headshots platform URLs are based on.
studio.scaleheadshots.com — Scale Studio, where users take and upload their headshots. Each studio has its own URL, for example:
studio.scaleheadshots.com/your-company-studiodashboard.scaleheadshots.com — Scale Dashboard, where admins manage invitations, review photos, and configure settings
Email Sender
Ensure your IT team allows all members of your company to receive emails from noreply@scaleheadshots.com. When you invite contacts from the Scale Dashboard or reject a photo, an email is sent to them from this address.
