Please note: Examples 1 & 2 can only be used if your Scale Studio link is Public. Example 3 is used when you are sending invitations directly from our platform and can be used when your Scale Studio link is Private.
You can share your Scale Studio by inserting the link into an email template or message and sending it out internally. Using examples 1 & 2, you would not have to upload a contact list and users would be able to access the link directly from your email or message.
Example 1: Inserting the link into an email template —
Here is an example email template you are welcome to use and modify to your needs:
Hi (Name)!
Exciting news! We have set up a virtual headshot platform that you can use to take a fresh new headshot. You will need to enter Scale Studio and take or upload your photo. Then the platform will remove your photo's background and replace it with some new backgrounds and styles we've selected!
Click this link here — (INSERT UNIQUE STUDIO LINK) to access Scale Studio and get started. Within Scale Studio there are guidelines to help you take a great quality photo, so be sure to utilize them. :)
Once approved, you will receive an email with a link to download your photos. Then, feel free to upload these photos to your LinkedIn profiles, email signatures, or any platform you would like!
Example 2: Sending out the link in an internal message —
Here is an example of how you can share it internally:
Hey Team! We've recently set up Scale Studio where you can take a new headshot. It has instructions and guidelines to help you in taking a nice photo and all you have to do is take or upload the photo into the platform, and Scale Studio will do the rest!

Example 3: Preparing your contacts to receive the invitation email from our platform —
Here is an example email template you are welcome to use and modify to your needs:
Hi (Name)!Exciting news! We have set up Scale Studio for (Company Name) that you can use to take updated headshots for the new year. You will get to choose from a few options and will receive a few variations to download and use however you'd like!
Keep an eye out for an email to come through from Scale Headshots - noreply@headshots.studio, for the (INSERT STUDIO NAME) with a link that will take you directly to Scale Studio to get started! Within Scale Studio there are guidelines to help you take a great quality photo, so be sure to utilize them. :)
