Option 1: View Photos Directly in the Platform

  1. Sign in to CitySpark
Go to bestof.cityspark.com and sign in using your CitySpark login credentials.

  2. Confirm Your Account
Once signed in, you’ll see your email address in the top-right corner, along with the name of your publication.

  3. Navigate to Photo Ballots
On the far left side menu, under the Management section, click either:

    • Photo Ballots, or

    • Best Of Ballots → View Photo Ballots
Both options take you to your list of active and past photo contests.

  4. Select Your Photo Contest
Click on the name photo contest that you’d like to view submissions for.

  5. Click on Submissions to view photos

    • Select the group or category whose images you want to see.

    • Right-click on an image and choose Open image in new tab.

  6. View the Full-Size Image

    • In the new browser tab, you may see a resized version of the image.

    • In the address bar, delete everything after the main URL (including any text like /preview/resize/...) and press Enter.

    • This will display the original, full-size photo as it was submitted.

  7. Save the Image (Optional)

    • To download, right-click the image and select Save image as…

Option 2: Export All Submissions

If you want to view or download multiple images at once, you can export all photo submissions.

  1. Go to Your Photo Contest
While still on your selected contest’s page, click Export at the top.

  2. Select All Submissions
In the export options, choose All to include every photo in that contest.

  3. Generate the Export
Click Export and wait for the file to finish downloading.
(This may take a few minutes depending on the number of entries.)

  4. Open the Exported File
Once downloaded, open the exported file (usually a spreadsheet or CSV).
Inside, you’ll see a column with image URLs.

  5. View Full Images from the File

    • Copy one of the image URLs and paste it into your browser.

    • You’ll see the full-size version of that image.

    • You can also right-click and Save image as… to download.
