Step 1: Log in to Your CitySpark Account
Navigate to bestof.cityspark.com.
Log in using your CitySpark credentials.
Step 2: Select Your Photo Contest
Once logged in, go to Photo Ballots.
Find and select the name of the photo contest where you want to make changes.
Step 3: Access Submissions
Within the contest dashboard, scroll down and click on Submissions.
You can either:
Browse through the list of groups and categories, or
Use the search bar at the top to find a specific category.
Click on the category name you would like to edit.
Step 4: Open the Submissions List
On the category page, click on the Votes tab.
You will now see a list of all submissions for that category.
Step 5: Select and Edit a Submission
Check the box next to the submission you would like to edit.
A menu will appear at the bottom of the screen — click Edit.
From here, you can:
Update or replace the uploaded images.
If multiple images are allowed, make sure to select all images you want to include for that submission, not just the one you are changing.
Edit the name of the photo.
Scroll down to modify any additional form fields.
Note: The number of additional fields will vary depending on your ballot setup.
Step 6: Save Your Changes
After making your edits, click Submit.
Your ballot will refresh automatically, and the updated submission will appear with your changes.
