  1. Once logged in, go to Photo Ballots.

  2. Find and select the name of the photo contest where you want to make changes.

Step 3: Access Submissions

  1. Within the contest dashboard, scroll down and click on Submissions.

  2. You can either:

    • Browse through the list of groups and categories, or

    • Use the search bar at the top to find a specific category.

  3. Click on the category name you would like to edit.

Step 4: Open the Submissions List

  1. On the category page, click on the Votes tab.

  2. You will now see a list of all submissions for that category.

Step 5: Select and Edit a Submission

  1. Check the box next to the submission you would like to edit.

  2. A menu will appear at the bottom of the screen β€” click Edit.

  3. From here, you can:

    • Update or replace the uploaded images.

      • If multiple images are allowed, make sure to select all images you want to include for that submission, not just the one you are changing.

    • Edit the name of the photo.

    • Scroll down to modify any additional form fields.

      • Note: The number of additional fields will vary depending on your ballot setup.

Step 6: Save Your Changes

  1. After making your edits, click Submit.

  2. Your ballot will refresh automatically, and the updated submission will appear with your changes.
