1. Check Your Browser’s Pop-Up Blocker
Before starting your registration, make sure that your browser does not have a pop-up blocker enabled.
Pop-up blockers can sometimes prevent the submission process from completing properly. If you have one enabled, temporarily disable it and try submitting the form again.
2. Ensure All Required Fields Are Completed
The registration form requires certain fields to be completed before it will allow submission.
If any required field is left blank, the form will not proceed to the next step or allow you to submit your registration.
Double-check that every required field is filled out before continuing.
Required fields are:
Business Name
Country
Address
City
State
Profile Image
URL
Categories
Your Name
Relationship to the Business
Email Address
Verification Code
3. Check for Extra Spaces in Form Fields
If the form will not allow you to proceed, check for extra spaces before or after your text entries.
This commonly happens when:
Your browser auto-fills saved information
Text is copied and pasted into the form
Remove any extra spaces and try submitting again.
4. Email Verification Code
After submitting your information, you will receive a verification code via email.
If you do not receive the code:
Check your Spam or Junk folder
Confirm that your email settings allow incoming verification messages
Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive
If the code still does not arrive, please contact support for assistance.
Additional information about required fields
Location
If your business does not have a physical storefront, that is perfectly acceptable.
The address field is primarily used for internal information related to the Best Of / Reader’s Choice ballot and will not be publicly displayed.
Profile Image
You can upload any type of image as your profile image.
However, make sure the image meets the size requirements specified on the form. Images that are too large or incorrectly formatted may prevent the form from submitting successfully.
Website Field
If your business does not have a website, you can still complete this field.
The field simply needs to contain an entry before proceeding, so you may enter an alternative link or placeholder as needed.
