You use the Scentech app to set up your diffuser, and later to adjust the schedule, intensity and scent. The steps are the same for all models.

Note: the app is called Scentech (one word, purple logo). The app "Scent Tech" doesn't work with your diffuser.

You can log in or create an account with Log in or create an account. This is the same account as on getscentech.com. You'll get a code by email, there's no password. Want to set up your diffuser first? Tap Later.

Tap Next. Your phone will now ask whether Scentech may use Bluetooth. Allow this. The app doesn't need location or internet to find your diffuser.

Is Bluetooth switched off on your phone? Turn it on, and the app will carry on automatically. Did you decline the request earlier? Tap Open Settings and turn on Bluetooth for Scentech.

Turn on your diffuser and hold your phone close by. Your diffuser will appear in the list with its name, for example Smart Aroma Diffuser Pro, and the distance: Close by or A bit further away. Tap your diffuser to pair it. No code is needed.

Does it say Already paired? Then this diffuser is already in your app. Not in the list? Tap Not in the list? at the bottom, or read My diffuser isn't in the list.

Choose where it's placed: Living room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom, Office or Hallway, or type your own name. Meanwhile, the app connects in the background.

A short video shows how the ScentPod goes into your model. Tap Next.

Choose the scent that's in it now. If you're logged in, the scents you've ordered appear at the top under Your scents. A new pod counts as full.

Choose when it should switch on. Schedules gives you six ready-made schedules, Custom times lets you build your own blocks. Below your choice, you'll see straight away what happens today, for example "It switches on today at 17:00". Want to do this later? Tap Set up later.

Choose how strongly it sprays, from Low to Max. The app shows roughly how many weeks your ScentPod will then last, and which setting we recommend for your room. Tap Next. You'll see a checkmark, your diffuser switches on, and you'll land on the Diffusers overview.

On the Diffusers overview, tap Add diffuser. You'll then only go through the Room, ScentPod, Scent, Schedule and Intensity steps.
