In ScribbleVet, you can filter the Appointments list by status, provider, or template, and change the order in which appointments appear.
Filter your appointments
Select Appointments at the top of the screen.
Select Filter in the left panel.
Select a filter from the list: Status (Open, Reviewed, or Scribbled), Provider name, or Template name.
To show only appointments with certain content, turn on Has voice calls or Has recordings.
Your active filters appear as chips so you can see what filters are on at all times.
Clear a filter
If you don't see an appointment you expect, check for an active filter chip.
Find the chip in the left panel, such as Open.
Select the x on the chip to remove it.
Note: Filters reset when ScribbleVet is closed and reopened.
Sort your appointments
Select the sort arrows next to your active filters.
Select a sort order: Earliest first, Latest first, Patient name A-Z, or Patient name Z-A.
