The setup only takes a few minutes and applies to everyone under the same practice. Verifying the phone number will allow ScribbleVet to emulate the practice phone number. Only account admins or account owners will have the ability to add and verify phone numbers.
From the settings tab, select Practice.
Navigate to Set Up Direct Dial.
Enter the display name for internal use and add the phone number.
If you have an extension or phone tree, you can call and capture it (by pressing the buttons) or submit it manually.
If you don't have an extension or phone tree, select Continue.
ScribbleVet will call the phone number listed, and when answered, you will enter the 6-digit code from the Verify your Number pop-up.
You're all set-Start making outbound calls and scribbling notes!
ScribbleTip: Reach out to your phone service provider to ensure the name on your Caller ID is set up. While the number shows as the registered phone number, ScribbleVet uses the display name for internal purposes only.
