Before you begin
You must be a practice account administrator to access invoices.
If a team member needs admin access updated, contact support@scribblevet.com.
View and download invoices
Click the gear icon ⚙️ at the top right to open Settings.
Select Billing.
Click the Invoices tab to see your full invoice history.
Each invoice shows its date, amount, and status. Click Download next to an invoice to save a copy.
Note: Prorated seat additions appear as separate line items on the invoice. Seat removals take effect at the end of the billing cycle and will be reflected in the next invoice. |
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see the Invoices tab?
Invoice access is limited to practice account administrators. If you don't see the Billing option in Settings, your account may not have admin permissions. Contact support@scribblevet.com to request an access update.
Where do I manage my subscription, not just view invoices?
Go to Settings → Billing → Subscription to manage your plan. For seat changes, go to Settings → Practice → Seats.
