How To Evaluate and Engage With Candidates

After identifying potential candidates, the next step is to review their qualifications and engage with the most suitable profiles. This guide explains how to evaluate candidate matching percentage, review profiles, and initiate contact.

How To Review Candidate Matching Percentage:

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Jobs

  2. Click on Current Jobs

  3. Choose the job you want to manage from Active Jobs list (for example, Nurse)

  4. On the right, Click on the blue button Candidates

  5. Review the list of profiles ranked by matching percentage (for example, 80% match)

  6. Access Possible Candidates

  7. Prioritize candidates who have:

    • Verified credentials

    • Relevant work experience

  8. Change the Candidates statues depending on their experience from the drop-down menu below their names (for example, Shortlisted, Applied,...)

How To Evaluate Candidate Profiles

To evaluate a candidate in detail:

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Candidates

  2. Choose Open Profiles

  3. Click on blue button View Profile

  4. Review key information such as:

    • Education

    • Certifications

    • Work history

    • Professional licenses

  5. Click Download Resume if you’d like to review the CV offline.

  6. Click on Save profile for later review

Initiate Contact:

Once you identify a strong candidate:

  1. Use the provided contact details (email or phone) to arrange an interview.

  2. Click Save Profile to bookmark the candidate for current or future roles.

💡 Good To Know: Respond to applications within 48 hours to maintain candidate interest.
