How to hire your ideal candidate, and manage the job offer till the acceptance step.

How To Hire A Candidate

  1. Identify a candidate who fits for the vacancy

  2. Choose Accepted from the drop down menu next to the candidate’s name(Candidate will be added to the Accepted tab)

  3. Click Accepted from the upper tab bar to display the accepted candidates

  4. Select a candidate and Click Send Offer

  5. Upload the offer's PDF, add any message.

  6. Update the candidates status to Offered, choose Offered from the drop-down menu

After you send the offer, you have two options:

Option 1: If the candidate Accepted the offer: Change their status to Hired

Option 2: If the candidate Rejected the offer: Send them a New Job Offer

🚨Please Note: The offer will remain pending until the candidate accepts or rejects it.

The system automatically sends a reminder for the candidates who didn't respond within 3 days.

It is optional to Add an External Recipient or a Message while sending the offer.

How To Resend Or Send A New Job Offer

If you need to resend or send a new job offer, you can manage it:

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Jobs

  2. Click Current Jobs and Select the job posting you want to manage (e.g. Nurse)

  3. Select a candidate from the Offered upper tab bar.

  4. Click Resend Offer if the candidate didn’t receive it or needs another copy.

Send a New Job Offer in two cases:

Case 1: The previous offer is Rejected

Case 2:You want to Add another Job offer beside the previous ones

How To Review Signed Job Offers

Once the candidate signs the offer

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Jobs and click on Current Jobs

  2. Choose which which Job you want to manage from Active Jobs

  3. Click on the blue button Candidates on the right

  4. Click on Offered tab from the upper tab bar

  5. E-signature process is secure and includes a complete audit trail.

  6. You can review and access the finalized agreement anytime
