What Full Access Adds
Full access unlocks four additional feature areas designed for teams and job sites where connectivity or language barriers are a challenge.
Offline SDS Access
Download SDS sheets to your device while you have a Wi-Fi or cellular connection. Once downloaded, you can access them anywhere — even underground, in a tunnel, or on a job site with no signal.
You need an internet connection to download SDS sheets. Once downloaded, they are available offline. The download happens in the SDS Mobile™ app before you leave connectivity.
AudibleSDS™ — Multilingual Audio
AudibleSDS™ reads safety data sheets aloud in more than 20 languages. It is designed for teams with workers who speak different languages or who have limited reading literacy.
Important: AudibleSDS™ requires a Wi-Fi or cellular data connection to read safety data sheets aloud. It does not work in offline mode.To use AudibleSDS™, open any SDS sheet and tap the audio button. You can set your preferred language in the app settings. See our article on setting your language for step-by-step instructions.
Binder Management
Create named binders to organize your SDS sheets by project, job site, or trade. Add or remove sheets at any time. Share binders with your team so everyone on site has access to the same organized set of SDS.
Chemical Inventory Scanner
Scan chemicals on your job site to build a searchable inventory. Keep a running record of every chemical product on site, attached to its SDS. Export your inventory for OSHA inspections, safety audits, or insurance purposes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account to use the free version?
Yes. You can search for SDS sheets and use barcode scanning by creating an account in the app. Creating a free account lets you save SDS sheets to your Favorites list across devices.
Is the SDS database the same for free and full access users?
Yes. Free and full access users search the same database. The difference is in how you can access and organize the results — not in which SDS sheets are available to search.
Can I try full access before committing?
Yes. Book a free 15-minute demo and we will walk you through every full-access feature with your specific trade and job site in mind. No commitment required.
Does AudibleSDS™ work when I have no signal?
No. AudibleSDS™ requires an active Wi-Fi or cellular connection to work. It cannot play audio in offline mode. If your team works in areas with no connectivity, offline SDS downloads (which do not require audio) are available for reading on-screen.
What languages does AudibleSDS™ support?
AudibleSDS™ supports more than 20 languages. See the AudibleSDS™ article for the full list. Remember that AudibleSDS™ requires a Wi-Fi or cellular connection to function.
