Cause 1: Download did not complete before you lost connectivity
→ Fix
Connect to Wi-Fi or cellular. Open Offline Mode, go to the Available tab, re-select the binder, and tap Download Binders again. Keep the app open in the foreground until the download completes before leaving connectivity.
Cause 2: App was closed or sent to background during download
→ Fix
Downloads may pause or fail if the app is closed or the screen locks during a large binder download. Connect to Wi-Fi, open the app, navigate to Offline Mode, and re-download. Keep the screen active until the download finishes.
Cause 3: Insufficient device storage
→ Fix
Large binders with many SDS sheets require significant storage space. Go to your device Settings → Storage to check available space. Free up space by removing unused apps or files, then try the download again.
Cause 4: Individual SDS download not showing in My SDS Downloads
→ Fix
Individual SDS downloads appear in the My SDS Downloads section within Offline Mode — not in the binder list. Open Offline Mode from the Menu tab and look for the My SDS Downloads section. If the download is not there, it may not have completed — find the SDS in Search and tap the download icon again while connected.
Cause 5: Logged out and back in on a different account
→ Fix
Offline downloads are stored on your device and linked to your account. If you logged out and signed into a different account, your previous downloads will not be visible. Log back in to your original account to restore access.
Cause 6: SDS updated in database — re-sync needed
→ Fix
SDS sheets sync automatically each time you log in while connected. If your offline SDS appears outdated, open the app on Wi-Fi, log out, and log back in. The updated SDS will sync automatically. You do not need to manually re-download.
