An internet connection is required to view SDS in your Favorites list. If you need to access them offline, download them via Offline Mode before going on-site.
Adding an SDS to Favorites
Step 1
Search for the SDS you want to save
Perform an SDS search and locate the product in the results. See How to Search for SDS if you need help finding a product.
Step 2
Tap the SDS to open its Preview
Tap the product name in the search results to open the SDS Preview screen.
Step 3
Tap Add Favorite (heart icon)
On the SDS Preview screen, tap the Add Favorite button — shown as a heart icon. This saves the SDS to your Favorites list.
Step 4
Confirm the confirmation message
After saving, you will see an in-app confirmation message. This confirms the SDS has been added to your Favorites.
Step 5
Access your Favorites
Your saved SDS is now available in your Favorites list. To open your Favorites, tap [Menu → Favorites] from the app navigation.
Tip: Your Favorites are saved to your account, not just your device. If you log in to SDS Mobile™ on a different phone or tablet, your full Favorites list will be there.
Removing an SDS from Favorites
You can remove any SDS from your Favorites at any time.
Step 1
Open your Favorites list
Tap [Menu → Favorites] from the app navigation to open your Favorites list.
Step 2
Tap the SDS you want to remove
Tap the SDS name in your Favorites list to open its Preview.
Step 3
Tap Remove Favorite
Tap the Remove Favorite button — the heart icon — to remove the SDS from your Favorites list.
Removing an SDS from Favorites does not delete it from the KHA database or from any binders. It only removes it from your personal Favorites list.
Favorites and Offline Access
Your Favorites list is visible without an internet connection, but opening and reading an SDS from Favorites requires a connection. To access an SDS in your Favorites while offline:
Use Offline Mode to download the SDS to your device before going on-site. See Offline Access — How It Works for instructions.
