You can export both the Recap and CP in PDF format by clicking on triple dots icon in the action menu, next to the SAVE button.
You will have 3 exporting options:
Export Charter Party. Sea/contracts will prompt with the option to save prior to PDF export if there are unsaved changes. Insertions and deletions will be visible in colour.
Export Clean Charter Party. As above, but this version is intended for printing within insertions and deletions in black and white. Export Clean Charter Party is NOT available when CP is in draft status.
Export Recap. Sea/contracts will prompt with the option to save prior to PDF export if there are unsaved changes.
