How do I add a user to a CP?

Adding users to a CP.

  • Ensure you have Full Control Access to the CP otherwise you will not be able to add a user.

With Full Control Access, select the +User Button.

You will be met with three different options to choose from.

  1. Company - an entire company can be given permission to access.

  2. User within a company - Individual within a company can be selected.

  3. Non-registered User - Users that do not have accounts can be included to receive notifications.

Access Rights:

  1. Read - Only the ability to read the CP.

  2. Read Only (Extended) - The same as read, but the ability to approve and reject the CP.

  3. Edit - The ability to view and also edit the CP.

  4. Full Control - CP Admin will allow user to copy this CP, share this CP, and modify permissions on this CP, as well as view and edit this CP.

Removing or Editing a users rights:

  • Select the three dots next to the users name and choose to either Edit Access or Completely remove a user from a CP.
