This functionality is ONLY available if you have Full Control access to a CP that is in Working Copy, Final, or Cancelled status.
On the home page:
Click the 3 dots button next to the last done CP of in the Results Panel and select "Create Copy".
Inside the CP:
Or the "Create a copy" action in the top right within the CP.
Creation:
On creation of a CP from an existing one, a dialog box will display the following:
Document Type:
Contract: An actual working CP which is chargeable upon creation
Proforma: A template served as a base to write subsequent copies of CP (Free of charge, will not be able to used as a workable CP)
Sensitive Fields:
You have the option to copy over or redact the sensitive field data from the main terms in the previous CP. The list of sensitive fields is pre-determined and is not editable.
Cautionary Clause: You can decide whether or not to include the problematic clauses marked by your company clause admin by selecting either "Include" or "Remove".
Click ‘CREATE’.
