Before advancing to the negotiation page, an negotiation has to be created through distribution.
Typically orders are:
(Created by) Charterer distribute to Broker then Broker distribute to Owner
(Created by) Charterer distribute to Owner directly
If you are a Broker (Indicate on behalf of Owners):
When received an order, before indication can happen you MUST distribute the order to either include owner or create an owner absent negotiation for indication.

To start indicate click Edit
Choose request firm offer or send an indication and hit the Send indication button
You can continue to edit by click the Edit button.
please be noted that Charterer will only be able to see the indication after you clicked the Reveal to charterer button.
