Orders needs to be distributed from Charterer to owner for the negotiation to take place.
Whether it's charterer distributing to owner or broker distributing to owner on behalf of charterer, the distribution flow is the same
Click the distribution tab
If you are distributing to owner:
Search for the name if the owner is registered on the platform and click the plus button to add them into the distribution and click next to prepare the distribution.
If the owner is not registered, type in their email addresses and then hit Enter to insert them into the distribution.
Unregistered owners are added automatically to the distribution list, click Next to continue.
If you are negotiating on behalf of owner:
Skip the searching and inserting, click add absent owner to create a dummy user for distribution.
Distributing the order
To make a term negotiable:
Click the padlock to make a negotiable term
It will then become like this
To make a term non-negotiable
Click the double arrow button
it will then become negotiable like below
To exclude a term from negotiation
Click the exclude button
Click Distribute to kick off the indication.
