Setting up Collection

In Sellar, you are able to set an alternative address for the purpose of collection. This can be useful when your delivery address differs from where your stock is dispatched from. Set a dedicated collection address to indicate where you would like:

  1. UPS or APC to collect your Sellar Shipping orders from

  2. Your customers to collect their order from (which is optional)

Setting a Collection Address (if different to your Delivery Address)

  1. Click your business name in the top left of Sellar to get to your settings

  2. Select Business Details and use the edit button next to Business Details.

  3. Scroll down past your Business Address and toggle 'My collection address is the same as my delivery address' to off.

  4. Enter an alternative collection address.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and use save to save your changes

After setting your courier collection address, your 'delivery address' (primary business address) will still be used to display your location to buyers on Sellar. This includes the city, region information that appears on your storefront and where you appear on the map in the Sellar Market.

Turning on Collection and Choosing a Collection Address

  1. Head to Delivery, then Settings.

  2. Scroll to the Allow customer collections card and choose one of the options starting with yes.

    1. The first option will use your business address as the address for collection

    2. The second will use the alternative collection address (if you have set this up)
