What is Sellar Shipping?

Why might you use Sellar Shipping?

We've leveraged the combined buying power of all the makers we work with to secure great rates with couriers. You can use Sellar Shipping for the convenient collection and delivery of your products to customers you don't deliver to directly.

Working with two providers:

APC - Offering a specific Liquid Service

UPS - Lower cost budget service

You can create and print labels for orders directly in Sellar and book those in for collections. All with a few clicks. Any disputes, breakages or claims we handle for you. Saving you time chasing couriers.

Choosing the service

When finalising an order with courier as its fulfilment type, you can choose either APC or UPS as Sellar Shipping options.

There are two routes to finalising the order:

  • Finalising when accepting an order - Using the accept and finalise option on the order request.

  • Finalising after accepting an order - Using the Finalise button on any accepted order

  1. Finalise your customer's order, where Courier is the delivery type. Make sure you add in the correct dispatch and delivery dates so they know when they might get their order.

  2. Choose a Sellar Shipping service, either APC or UPS for this order. (You can edit the shipping type later if you want to fulfil this yourself or change the provider).

  3. Continue to create your labels and book collections for APC and UPS.
