Getting your orders to us

To ensure we have everything we need to deliver, we need some help from you in Sellar

If we collect orders from you for delivery with Sellar Distribution

This is for Sellar Distribution Collected Suppliers

Suppliers within the Daily serviced Edinburgh Postcodes

By the 11 am cut-off time on the day of your collection, please make sure you have:

  • Finalised all the orders in Sellar. This makes sure they are included in our delivery run.

If you have any issues with orders, let us know. We are then aware of any delay

We will then:

  • Send you confirmation of collection shortly after 11 am.

  • Collections occur a few hours after this.

Suppliers outside the Daily serviced Edinburgh Postcodes

By the 3pm am cut-off time the day before your collection, please make sure you have:

  • Finalised all the orders in Sellar. This makes sure they are included in our delivery run.

If you have any issues with orders, let us know. We are then aware of any delay

We will then:

• Send you confirmation of the next day’s collection shortly after 3 pm.

• Collections occur the next day (usually in the morning).

If you pallet orders to us for delivery with Sellar Distribution

This is for National Pallet Suppliers for final mile delivery to the central belt.

To allow delivery into all Sellar Distribution serviced areas, you must have:

  • Finalised all the orders in Sellar by 10:30am Monday. This makes sure they are included in our delivery run.

  • Consolidate and palletise all finalised orders.

  • Book in your pallet on Next Day AM service (preferably with Tail Lift selected) for delivery to:

    • Sellar Distribution

      Hangar 3,

      Drem Airfield,

      North Berwick

      EH39 5AW

  • Provide us with a tracking link if available

If you do not have enough orders to make a pallet viable, please email distribution@sellar.io so order delivery day can be adjusted to the following week. The buyer will receive an email informing them of the new day but we recommend following up with your customers regarding delays or lead times.

We will then:

  • Send you confirmation of what we expect on the pallet delivery shortly after 10:30am

  • Confirm receipt of the pallet after the pallet is broken down on the Tuesday.

  • Alert you to any issues with the pallet delivery (Missing/Damaged stock, Late deliveries etc)
