Case Rules

Choose how your customers can order cased products such as bottles and cans for Direct and National delivery.

Here you can optionally define how you see a full case of your product, meaning your customers will have to order this amount before an order can be processed.

Example - If you have a case size definition of 24 x 440ml Cans:

  • Customer adds a product of 24 x 440ml - This meets the rules

  • Customer adds a product of 12 x 440ml - They need to add another to place an order

  • Customer adds 3 products of 12 x 440ml - This meets the rules

  • Customer adds 3 products of 12 x 440ml - They need to add another to place an order

  1. Use the 'Add Case Rule' option to add a rule

  2. Select the container type the rule relates to. If you want your rules to apply to both bottles and cans, you will need to create two rules.

  3. Enter a volume to match your product. If you want your rules to apply to different volumes, such as 330ml and 440ml, you will need to create two rules.

  4. Choose a volume to match the product.

  5. Enter a quantity defining the size of your case. This is what your customers have to meet when ordering.

  6. Click 'Next' and make sure your case doesn't conflict with any minimum order rules. If they do you may want to remove them.

  7. If you are happy, click 'Next' and 'Confirm' to add the rule.

  8. To turn these on, choose 'Yes, I require my customers to order in full cases' in the setting below.

Collection Settings

Choose whether you want to offer collection and the address it will be from.

Choose one of the options:

Yes, allow customers to collect orders from my business address - All your customers will be shown a collection option when placing an order. If used, they will receive your main address in your settings for collection.

Yes, allow customers to collect orders from my collection address - All your customers will be shown a collection option when placing an order. If used, they will receive your secondary collection address in your settings for collection.

No don't allow customers to collect orders from either address - Collection won't be shown as an option to any customers when placing an order
