With your products mapped and stock levels in sync, you can begin processing orders on Sellar and have them appear in Breww.

A Sellar order will appear in Breww either when it is initially requested or when it is confirmed by you in Sellar. This depends on how you choose to handle importing orders when configuring the integration. See the table below:

đŸ› ïž Breww receives notifications from Sellar whenever an order is created or updated. So you will likely see updates almost instantaneously. Sometimes this isn’t always the case. If so, Breww will check for new orders every 30 minutes. You can also force download the latest orders.

Typical Actions if Your Order Doesn’t Appear Immediately

1. A New Product Needs Mapping

Breww will alert you with a sync message should an order from Sellar contain a product that has yet to be mapped in Breww. Once you have mapped the product, you will see an option to ‘Force sync order’. Click this to pull the order into Breww now that the product(s) have been mapped.

2. A New Customer Needs Mapping

Similarly, Breww will alert you should you also need to map a customer. To do this, click the ‘Go to customer mapping tool’ button.

Find the relevant customer in the list and you will see two action buttons on the right-hand side. One to create the customer in Breww if they are new, and one to map the customer if they already exist in Breww. See the guides below for creating and mapping customers respectively:

Complete the following step after you have mapped your customer:

3. Sync the Order 🔄

You’ll see the following prompt. Click ‘Pull order information’

4. Go to Sales and you will see the order at the top of the list
