Why does ServerLife keep asking me to log in?

Get help with repeated login requests and signing back into your existing ServerLife account.

ServerLife requires an account to access your records, but it usually keeps you signed in. If you’re signed out or start using the app on a new phone, you’ll need to sign in again.

Sign in to your existing account

Use the same account and sign-in method you originally used: email and password, Sign in with Apple or Facebook.

Avoid creating a new account if you’ve already been using ServerLife. Your existing records are connected to your original account and won’t appear in a new one.

If you’ve signed in but your records aren’t showing, see My previous earnings are missing.

Free up space on your phone

Low storage can cause repeated logouts. Try freeing up space on your phone, then sign back into ServerLife and check whether you stay signed in. Your phone may remove the saved information that keeps you signed in, even if you haven’t received a low-storage warning.

Still having trouble?

Open Chat with Support in ServerLife. Include your phone model, ServerLife app version, how often you’re asked to log in and which sign-in method you use.

If you’re unsure how you originally signed in, we can also help you find your existing account.
