You can manage the mobile app using engineer Profiles from within Service Geeni.
To do this:
Head to the Settings Cog.
Then, click on Engineers.
When the page opens:
Click on Mobile Devices.
This opens the Device Management page.
If this button isn't present - the config for Mobile Devices will need to be enabled please contact support or your CSM.
Find the engineer you want to alter.
Then, click edit on the Action Tray.
In the Config Profile column, the field is now editable.
Click on New Config Profile from the dropdown under Config Profile.
Give the new Profile a Name.
Select which configs should be on/off by using the toggle for each.
Once you are happy, click save.
An Engineer can only have 1 profile.
Assign the profile as required to the Engineers.
Once you have created the Config make sure to save it for each engineer.
Go to the Action try and click on the tick to save.

Raise Jobs | Allow Engineers to raise jobs. |
Raise New Task | Allow Engineers to complete and raise new tasks against the current job. |
Raise Monitoring Jobs | Allow Engineers to complete the current job and raise monitoring jobs against the equipment in one click. |
Time Booking | How should engineers book time? Stopwatch or Manual Entry. |
Book for others | Allow Engineers to book time for other engineers. |
Travel Button | Show a 'Start Travelling' button at the top of Job Details. |
Annual Leave | Allow Engineers to view and request Leave. |
Send Task | Allow Engineers to send a task to other Engineers. |
Share Task | Allow Engineers to share a task with other Engineers. |
Take Ownership | Allow Engineers to remove other Engineers from a task. |
First Time Fix | Show a First Time Fix tick box on the Complete Tab. |
Clock Hours | Ask for Clock Hours on the complete tab. |
Customer Signature | Collect a Customer Signature on Job Completion. |
