If we don't have the info we need from you to provide financial services to you, we may temporarily freeze your account.

Reasons your account may be frozen

  • You haven’t topped up your Wallet by bank transfer within 14 days of your account being manually verified.

  • You’ve identified yourself as a foreign tax resident but haven’t provided us with your foreign tax identification number (TIN) within 14 days of signing up.

  • We haven’t been able to verify your residential address. You might need to upload a proof of address, or we’re unable to verify the address you provided. Your account will be restricted.

  • We’ve frozen your account in order to meet our legal obligations or obligations towards third parties. Provide source of funds and source of wealth.

  • You haven’t verified your ID within 14 calendar days.
