You haven’t topped up your Wallet by bank transfer within 14 days of your account being manually verified.
You’ve identified yourself as a foreign tax resident but haven’t provided us with your foreign tax identification number (TIN) within 14 days of signing up.
We haven’t been able to verify your residential address. You might need to upload a proof of address, or we’re unable to verify the address you provided. Your account will be restricted.
We’ve frozen your account in order to meet our legal obligations or obligations towards third parties. Provide source of funds and source of wealth.
You haven’t verified your ID within 14 calendar days.
