To close your account, there are a few things you’ll need to do first:
exchange money from Australian dollars (AUD) or US dollars (USD) into New Zealand dollars (NZD) within your Wallet
withdraw any remaining money (in NZD) from your Wallet to your New Zealand bank account.
Once you’ve completed these steps, close your account.
Go to Settings.
Select Close my account under the Support section.
