How do I navigate to sheepCRM People Reports?
Go to core.sheepcrm.com and log in to your CRM User account, if not already.
Select Reports tab from the top navigation bar
Select People tab from options below the navigation bar
What is a Birthday List Report?
Provided you collect and enter this information this report will include personal contact information including name, email, phone, address together with their birth date and age which could then be used to send out relative communications on or around their birthday for example offering a discount or simply wishing them happy returns.
How do I set up automatic emails to a person on their birthday?
You will need to create a message template.
Then create a new automated action base on the trigger "person birthday" using the new template.

What is an Age Summary Report?
This report will display a summary of the Ages for your people within your database for analysis.
What is a Country Summary Report?
This report will display a summary of the Country your people are based in within your database for analysis.
What is a Gender Summary Report?
This report will display a summary of the Genders of your people within your database for analysis.
What is an Interests Summary Report?
This report will display a summary of the Interests recorded for your people within your database and can be used to target communications outside of their main role for example.
