Once you're live on Shopflo checkout, you can track how many abandoned checkouts are being recovered and export the full list for CRM, retargeting, or deeper analysis.
Track recovery metrics
Go to Analytics → Conversions and scroll down to the Orders Abandoned Checkout Recovery section. You'll see:
Recovered GMV — total revenue recovered from abandoned checkouts
Avg recovery time — how long it typically takes for an abandoned checkout to convert
Total abandoned checkouts recovered — count of recovered vs. total abandoned
% of abandoned checkouts recovered — your recovery rate
Use the date range selector to filter metrics for any period.
Export abandoned checkout data
Step 1 — Select the Generate reports button. A dropdown would appear, search for Abandoned Checkouts option under Conversion (see the image below). Click on it.
Step 2 — Select columns to include in your export:
Checkout ID
Created at (IST)
Status
Checkout Link
Line items
Original Price
Shipping
Channel
Click Continue.
Step 2 — Finalise export: Give the report a title, set the date range, choose One-time or Recurring export, add the email address to send it to, and click Get report.
The report will appear in your Reports list and be emailed to the address you specified.
