All Shopflo reports live in one place. Whether you need an order export, discount analysis, conversion funnel data, or UTM attribution — the process is the same for every report type.

Step 1: Pick a report

Go to Reports and click Generate reports. Search or scroll to find the report you need:

Full size preview
  • Order History — Complete list of all orders with key details

  • Discounted Orders — Order-level view of discount usage with transaction details

  • Product-level Orders — Each row is a product line item, useful for SKU-level fulfillment tracking

  • Aggregated Discounts — Summary of all discount applications within a date range

  • Discount Performance — Performance metrics and analytics for discount campaigns

  • Discount Report — Detailed report of all discounts applied within a date range

  • Conversion Funnel — Daily funnel metrics from sessions to orders

  • Abandoned Checkouts — List of incomplete checkouts for recovery insights

  • Upsell Orders — Order-level view of upsold items

  • UTM Reports — Checkout funnel split by UTM parameters

Step 2: Select columns

A modal would appear and the first step is to choose which columns to include in your export. Click Select all or pick individually. Click Continue. For eg. in the image below you can see the modal that appears after you click on Discount Performance.

Step 3: Finalise and get the report

Give the report a title, set your date range, add the email to send it to, and choose One-time or Recurring export. Click Get report.

The report appears in your Reports list and is emailed to the address you entered.

Now act on what you find

Reports surface the numbers — here's where to go next:
