In this guide, you'll learn how to set up an upsell on Shopflo. By the end, you'll know how to select products, set conditions, and choose the perfect placement for your upsell.
Step 1: Locate the upsell feature in your Shopflo dashboard and click on it.
Step 2: Click on Create New to start setting up your upsell group.
Step 3: Next, let's give the upsell group a name.
Step 4: Click on Add Products and then choose the items you want to include in your upsell group.
Step 5: Once you've selected the products, click Save to confirm your choices.
Step 6: Click Continue to move to the next step.
Step 7: You can choose the cart conditions for your upsell. You can either have no conditions or show the upsell for certain items, variants, or collections in the cart. For this guide- we will select No conditions.
Step 8: Choose where you'd like your upsell to appear. You can place it on the checkout, cart, or both. For this tutorial, we select both.
Step 10: Click Create Group to finalize your upsell group.
Step 11: Your upsell group is now ready. Review it to ensure everything looks good.
Congratulations! Your upsell is live. You can check your performance, change your group settings, and delete or disable the upsell group if you want.
