In this article, you'll learn how to create segments to block Cash on Delivery (COD) and create Specific customer segments discounts.
Step 1: Navigate to the segments option.
Step 2: Click on Create New.
Step 3: Enter the segment name as No COD/Discounts for specific customers if you're looking to block COD for certain customers or giving extra discounts for existing customers.
Step 4: Use the Segment Description as an optional field for your internal reference.
Step 5: Scroll down to find the Download a sample file option. Here, you're able to download a sample file, enter the phone numbers of the customers, save the file, and upload it back.
Step 6: After uploading the file, click on Save.
Step 7: While creating the discount, look for the Customer Eligibility option.
Step 8: Select the specific customer segments and search for the segment created.
Step 9: Save the settings, and the discount will be available only to the selected customers.
