Upsell Analytics

Enabling Upsell on the cart or checkout is just the first step - it’s equally important to measure how it’s performing. You can view detailed insights under the Analytics tab on the Shopflo Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Upsell tab on your Shopflo Dashboard.

  2. Open the Analytics section to review performance metrics and insights.

Why It’s Useful?

  • Helps you identify which Upsell products and combinations drive the highest revenue.

  • Provides visibility into customer purchase behaviour and product pairing trends.

  • Allows you to refine strategies to continuously improve your Average Order Value (AOV).


Understanding the Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics tab is divided into two key sections:

1. Popular Products

  • Displays the total number of products sold through Upsell for the selected date range and the revenue generated from those sales.

  • The accompanying graph highlights the top 5 products sold via Upsell.

  • Even if more than 5 products were sold, the chart visualizes only the top 5 performers for quick reference.

2. Popular Combinations

This section displays data on product pairings, showing which Upsell products were purchased alongside specific cart products.


This report helps you:

  • Identify the most successful Upsell combinations driving additional revenue.

  • Analyze customer purchase patterns to understand which products work best together.

You can download the full report to view all product combinations along with their sales frequency.

For example, the Popular Combination Products report may show pairs like Product A + Upsell B, Product C + Upsell B or Product A + Upsell C, representing frequently purchased Upsell combinations.
