The Identified Contacts report lets you download a list of shoppers that Shop Pass identified on your store within any date range you choose. Use it to understand your identification volume, share data with your marketing team, or reconcile with your CRM.

Step 1: In your Shopflo dashboard, go to Shop Pass in the left sidebar. Under the Manage section, click Identified Contacts.

Step 2: You will see a table of previously generated reports, each showing the date range and a Download button. To create a new report, click on the date filter at the top of the page (it shows Last 7 days by default).

Step 3: In the Date filters panel, choose a preset — Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or Last Month — or pick a custom start and end date using the calendar. Then click Generate report.

Step 4: A confirmation message — "Report generation scheduled successfully" — will appear at the bottom of the screen. The report will be added to the table once it is ready (typically within a few minutes).

Step 5: Once the report appears in the table, click the Download button next to it. The file will download to your device.

The downloaded file contains a list of shoppers who were identified by Shop Pass on your store during the selected date range — i.e., visitors whose identity was resolved via OTP login or a recognised session. You can use this data to:

How long does it take for a report to be ready?
Reports are usually generated within a few minutes. Refresh the page if you do not see the Download button appear.

Can I generate multiple reports for different date ranges?
Yes. Each time you select a date range and click Generate report, a new entry is added to the table. All previously generated reports remain available for download.

Is there a limit to how far back I can go?
You can select any custom date range using the calendar picker. The presets go up to Last 90 days.
