Learn how to request a new delivery date for Appliance program orders and find answers to common rescheduling questions.

Steps to Request a Reschedule

  1. Locate your order on Sibi.ai.

    Orders eligible for rescheduling are those in the Processed or Delayed stage.

  2. Open the action menu.

    Click the three-dotted menu next to the order and select Reschedule delivery.

  3. Submit your request.

    • Select the reason for rescheduling.

    • Choose your requested delivery date.

    • Click Submit to send your request.

  4. Coordination with Sibi.

    Once your request is submitted, the Sibi team will reach out to:

    • The contact who requested the reschedule

    • The primary contact on the order

    • GE Appliances

    • The delivery agent

    Together, we will confirm availability and finalize the new delivery date.

  5. Confirmation.

    When the delivery date is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details.

Note: Requested dates are not guaranteed and depend on delivery agent availability. Rescheduling may be subject to additional fees.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I submit a request?

The Sibi team will coordinate with you, the primary order contact, GE Appliances, and the delivery agent. Once the new delivery date is confirmed, you will receive an email with the details.

Does this impact my other programs in Sibi?

Not at this time. The reschedule request feature is currently available only for the Appliance program.

Are my requested dates guaranteed?

Requested dates are not guaranteed. Availability depends on the delivery agent’s schedule, and rescheduling may be subject to additional fees. You will be included in the process and notified once the date is confirmed.
