Goal
Pre-populate a location's bins from a template.
Who
Field Manager or Org Admin.
Path A: One location
Open the location's detail page.
In the summary header, find Templates. Click Apply Template.
Pick the template. Templates you've already applied here are labeled so you know re-applying will update the existing bins. The template's products are added to the Parts and Tools tabs with its min and max quantities.
Path B: Many locations at once
On the Field home page, use the checkboxes to select locations. Select all follows your current filters, so you can target a whole tag or Office.
In the action bar, choose Apply Template and pick the template.
Submit. The template is applied to every selected location.
Notes
Applying a template doesn't remove existing bins; it adds the template's products on top.
Re-applying a template you've already applied updates the matching bins to the template's current min and max quantities, and brings back any that were archived. This is how you push a template change out to a location.
If some of the template's products aren't in the Sibi catalog yet, they're skipped and you'll see a message telling you how many. Re-apply once those products are available.
