Who We Are

Sibi is modernizing the procurement industry. We are simplifying the process of building and improving a property by connecting manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and homeowners directly on one platform. The effect: elimination of unnecessary channels and markups, meaning time savings and more money in everyone’s pockets.

Sibi Platform Users

Clients are comprised of large institutional owners and aggregators of real estate and their supporting supply chain. Examples include: single family rental, home warranty, property management, etc.

Pros (AKA: contractors, installers, vendors) are certified installers/technicians who purchase equipment and material through Sibi’s web or mobile application.

How do I get an account set up on Sibi?

To setup an account with Sibi, use the following link: web.sibipro.com/signup?onboarding. If you have any questions, please reach out to onboarding@sibipro.com.

Where do I go to place my order?

Note: In order to place a Mohawk order, you will need a Mohawk account number. If you do not have a Mohawk account number, contact support@sibipro.com for more information. If you already have a Mohawk account number, it must be sent to the support@sibipro.com in order to proceed.

Are all orders required to be placed through the Sibi platform?

Yes, all Sibi program-related orders are required to be placed through the Sibi Platform (web.sibipro.com).

Distribution Detail

If you do not see a distribution center in your market, please reach out to support@sibipro.com.


Delivery Information

Mohawk only offers delivery to warehouses, not jobsites. At the time of delivery, a forklift with a stinger must be available for delivery acceptance.
