How do funds flow?

Orders are placed using the Storefront owner's account (that's you!), and covered by a credit card transaction managed by Sibi. The order is invoiced to your account based on your net credit terms. At the end of each month, we pay you the total amount covering the order plus any additional margin, minus credit card and Sibi processing fees. The payout is sent to the Storefront owner's Stripe Connect account.

What is a Stripe Connect account?

A Stripe Connect account is a specialized payment account that facilitates fast and secure fund transfers. It enables Storefront owners to receive payments quickly and efficiently. Stripe Connect simplifies the process of moving funds between platforms and users, making it an ideal solution for our payment system. Learn more about Stripe Connect accounts here.

How often I'm I paid out?

Storefront owners receive payouts monthly. Payments are processed at the end of each month, covering all transactions from that period.

What happens when a customer needs a refund?

When a customer requests a refund for an eligible order:

  1. Sibi refunds the full amount charged to the customer's credit card.

  2. The refund appears as a negative balance on the Storefront owner's Stripe account.

  3. This negative balance is deducted from the next monthly payout.

Can customers use a credit account or another payment method besides credit cards?

Not at this time. Currently, credit cards are the only accepted payment method. However, we are actively exploring alternative options, including credit accounts and other payment methods.

How do customers get support on their orders?

For procurement-related concerns, customers should contact support@sibipro.com. Sibi handles these inquiries directly.

If Sibi receives support requests not relevant to procurement, we will redirect customers to the appropriate Storefront owner. Our goal is to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and by the right team.

How do warranties work? Who will be contacted for warranty service appointments?

Warranties are included on select product categories, such as appliances from GE Appliances, which come with a standard 1-year warranty. To claim a warranty, customers should reach out to support@sibipro.com. For service appointments, the manufacturer will contact the primary person listed on the order.

Who will be contacted for fulfillment?

The primary contact listed on the order will be responsible for fulfillment coordination. It's important to note that Storefront owners are not contacted for the fulfillment of orders on their Storefront.
