General Browser Maintenance and usage

What browser to use and it's settings for best results with the Simpler Trading live room and website.

GENERAL BROWSER MAINTENANCE / USAGE

General guidelines

  • See "Supported Browsers" under Related Links below.

  • Our website may not work well on your mobile web browser (use the simpler mobile app for live content for best results).

  • Is your browser up to date?

  • Try clearing your cache and browser history.

Problems loading the Simpler Trading page

  • For trouble shooting purposes, please do not use bookmarks. Type www.simplertrading.com directly into the address bar (not the search bar) and navigate the site using menus / buttons.

Web page doesn't appear / behave correctly? Try the following...

1) Reload the webpage.

Click the Reload this page icon to the left of the address bar, or...

Try a hard reload. Instructions HERE.

2) Clear your cache and browsing history

3) Turn off hardware acceleration

4) Simpler Web site uses 3rd party cookies. How to enable them

5) Try logging in using an incognito window

  • In Chrome: Use the key combination CTRL + SHIFT + N

  • In Firefox: Use the key combination CTRL + SHIFT + P

  • Type or copy this link in the address bar: http://www.simplertrading.com

6) Conflicting extensions

You may have a 3rd party extension that is preventing the Simpler Trading site (or other sites) from working properly. (See also #5 Try logging in using an incognito window)
