The Assessment Summary for a deal is where you can see a quick summary of the application, and also where you can add any Assessment notes as you assess a deal.
The Assessment Summary is in the Assessment Module, which is outside of the Omni Process/Action item flows.
This article outlines how to get to the Assessment Summary from an Action item.
Navigate out of the Action item back to the workbench
To be able to open the Assessment Module, you need to be in the Omni workbench for the application. Navigate out of the Action item by clicking Back:
This will take you up a layer to the Process page. You will need to continue to navigate up a layer to the Workbench. Click back again:
You will now be on the main Omni Workbench for the application.
Navigate to the Assessment Module
Click on "Assessment" in the Types section:
This will update your visibility so that you are no longer looking at Process (and Action items); but the Assessment Module:
Click on the Assessment Main Process. This will open up the Assessment Module for this application:
Half-way down the Assessment Process, is the Assessment Summary:
Click on the Assessment Summary to open it:
The Assessment Summary
The Assessment Summary is exactly that - a summary of the application. It will be configured to auto-populate all the important summary detail onto the one page. It also allows you to add notes against each section and subsection.
It can be updated (as you update the Loanapp data); and can be printed as a reference/supporting document for the application.

Navigate back to the Process/Action items
If you would like to get back into your Process/Action items, you will need to click "back" on the Assessment Summary page:
Which will take you back 1 layer to the Assessment Module. You should click "back" again to get back to the Omni Workbench:
You will still be in the Assessment Module:
If you click on "Process" you will get back to the Processes for your application assessment:
