When a Lender designs their Assessment workflows, they will:
define a set of PROCESSES that must be completed to fulfil the whole assessment workflow
define a set of ACTION items (tasks) within each PROCESS, that must be completed to satisfy that process and trigger the next one
define the AUTO-ALLOCATION of each ACTION Item to certain people, people with roles, or teams
When a PROCESS and/or ACTION item is triggered, the auto-allocation engine will allocate a whole process or individual items, based on the configuration the lender has set.
You can see who an Action item is allocated to on the Activity Grid:
To Re-allocate an Action item
Click on the item in question to open it up. You will see in the detail more information about who the task is to be actioned by:
Delegate an Action Item
With the right permissions, you are able to "Delegate" the item to someone :
You are able to delegate to a particular Person:
Or a particular Role (and then if you want to, a Person with that Role). (NOTE - you can even delegate the task to the broker):
Or to a Team (and then if you want to, a Person within that Team):

You can also allocate any action item to yourself, by clicking "I'll do it":
