To give a broker access to your world, you need to first set them up with credentials.

This requires you to setup first an entity (that the user belongs to):

And then add to this entity the "User" that you are giving access:

Note, you will want to ensure that you have set the correct Permission Groups for your user. The permission groups are generally automatically set by the User Type chosen, but it always good to double check:

Where you have registered the User Type as Broker, you can also then start building a broker profile to manage their accreditation. When you add a user and tick that they are 'accredited', you then click through to the "broker profile" for that user:

Broker Profile

The broker profile is where you can manage all the accreditation detail for your brokers. The sections that you can manage are:

Broker Details

These general details will come across from the user profile, and you can add more detail about their work history, where they work etc.

Lender Accreditation details

Where you house the accreditation details:

Insurances

Where you house Insurance details and copies of current insurance:

Clicking the document icon allows you to upload and/or view current copies of insurances:

Qualification, accreditation and licences

Where you house detail about CPD activities for the broker

Memberships

Where you house details of the brokers' memberships such as MFAA, FBAA etc

Significant Events

This is a secure (lender only) section that allows you to note any notable events to be recorded

Note that you can manage accreditation status in the Details section:

And that this will affect their ability to be able to submit applications:
