Loanapp has lots of automated messages that will be sent to your email to keep you informed of what's going on with your application and submission. The two key types of messages are:
those that relate to third party services (eg Digital Consent, Digital VOI, Valuations etc)
those that relate to the assessment of your application

Emails sent to you by Loanapp while you finalise your application
One of the great features of Loanapp is that it has built-in digital services to make everything easy for you - the digital consent, digital VOI, vals and more.
The digital services inside the Loanapp interface will update with progress/outcomes etc...but you are not always sitting in Loanapp watching them...so to keep you informed, Loanapp will send email notifications when key things happen. This is a list of Alerts and Notifications you can expect during a Loanapp submission.
Notification your applicant/s have completed Digital Consent
The Granite Loanapp has a Digital Consent which sends out an email invite for your applicant/s to consent the activities that will take place during assessment (eg check your credit history).
You are not able to submit your application to Granite until this consent is completed by your applicant/s - so its important that you know that it has been done.
Loanapp will send you an email telling you that your applicant has finalised consent:
Notification your applicant/s have completed a Digital Service
You can use some other great services in your Loanapp workflow to speed up the application and for applicant convenience:
With most of these services, they wont be completed instantly - as you need to wait on applicants or service providers. While the digital services inside the Loanapp interface will update with progress/outcomes, you are not always sitting in Loanapp watching them...so to keep you informed, Loanapp will send email notifications when key things happen.
Email updates once you have submitted
When you have submitted, the application will start to be processed for approval by the Granite team. There are two main email notifications you can expect during assessment.
Requests for More Information
The Granite assessment team might need to send you a request for further information. You will receive these request via "Info Request", which is a secure, convenient digital portal for you to receive and return requested information or documents.
