Panorama Walkthrough

In Skand, you can import panoramas to create an immersive walkthrough experience, similar to Google Street View. This allows you to explore spaces by moving through panoramas, offering a more interactive way to view your project.

How to Import Panoramas

1. Navigate to the project where you want to import panoramas. Click on "New Layer"

1 To begin, click on "New Layer".

2. Enter a layer name

4 Next, click here.

3. Select "Panorama Group" as the layer type

5 Click on ".png .jpg .jpeg .e57".

4.Select the format of your data

8 After that, click on the element.

5. (Optional) Provide the EPSG code to tell us which coordinate system to use to interpret your data.

10 Next up, click on "GDA2020 / MGA zone 55 - EPSG:7855".

6. After that, click on "Select files for the layer".

13 Following that, click on the element.

7. Select the panoramas and the metadata file.

23 Click on the element.

8. Wait for the system to automatically load the panoramas.

Note: Please do not close the window during this process. If any data is missing, the system will notify you and provide a spreadsheet listing the details.

12 Click on "Processing".

9. If any images are skipped, the window below will appear, allowing you to download a spreadsheet with the details.

26 Click on "Download".

10. Congratulations! You have successfully created a panorama group.
