SKED includes deep integration with Google Reviews by providing customizable links that you can either use to display reviews that satisfied patients have left for your practice directly on your website or to redirect patients to leave a review through SKEDās messaging system or appointment codes.
Tip: We recommend having your website developer handle these processes for you.
To navigate to this feature, click the settings icon on the blue navigation bar. Then click āGoogle Reviews Integrationā located under the Integrations section.
Enable Google Review Integration

FAQs
Why aren't our SKED reviews showing up on Google?
When patients receive a SKED review request, they are asked if they had a good experience at {office.name}. If the patient taps Yes, their name and experience will be recorded in the Reviews tab in SKED. After they tap "Yes", it will bring them to your Google Reviews page, where they can leave their rating and feedback. This will not be recorded in SKED, you will need to go to your Google Review page to see good reviews. However, patients do not always follow through with leaving their reviews on your Google page. If you notice that a patient left a "Good" experience in SKED but you do not see it posted on your Google page, they likely did not follow through with actually leaving the review. Many offices find it works well to follow up with the patient by thanking them for leaving a good review and asking them to complete the review request!
What email address should I login with?
You must login with the email address that owns the Google Business listing.
How do I get the widgets on my website?
Once you login with your Google account, it will automatically populate a script for you to copy and paste into your website development.
Where should the Review Pop-up be inserted?
It should be inserted into the footer of the page.
I added it. Why is it still not showing up?
Every website builder is different, so we recommend contacting the host of your website or working with a web developer to troubleshoot the issue.
How can I use the customized code?
We recommend working with your website developer to see how you can customize it more for your office.
