The Reviews tab in SKED’s Marketing category provides a centralized location to view and manage patient feedback. This feature helps your office stay informed about client experiences and address any concerns promptly.
⭐ Viewing Reviews
This is where all patient reviews will be listed.
The Requests folder displays patients who have been sent an automated review request. When patients receive a review request, they will be asked if they had a good experience at your office.
If they tap Yes, their experience will be displayed in the Reviews tab as Good.
💡 SKED does not record good reviews internally. To view positive ratings or comments, please visit your Google or Facebook reviews page.
If the patient taps No, their experience will be recorded as Bad, along with any ratings or comments they have left.
⚠️ These negative responses are not sent to your Google or Facebook page.
Once you have finished viewing your reviews, you can mark them as read.
